Took the car into the shop this morn so am now stuck here for the day, which should force me to do what I must. Procrastination is just 'bout officially over and setting down to work is in the works. ( Making Shiny-Like )

1. Total number of films I own on DVD/video: 5 dozen plus on DVD, dozens more on VHS, plus well over a dozen disks/tapes of TV show episodes

(1) The Last Waltz: love the music, love the musicians, takes me back to the day/time when first viewed/heard it
(2) Hedwig & Angry Inch: love the music, love the flick, good cultishness
(3) Bloodsucking Phaorohs In Pittsburgh: marvelously twisted sh!t always makes me shake my head in wonderment at the absurdity of it all (and Tom Savini rules)
(4) The Ruling Class: Peter O'Toole's a God and I greatly appreciated absurdity and skewering the Brit class system
(5) Rocky: love the music, takes me back to good times

Prediction

Purely my opinion w/absolutely nothing official backing up my feeling: w/in a year there'll be a draft law passed and signed into law. Within a year of a draft actually going into effect, admission figures for divinity schools (ministry major) will skyrocket. We shall see. And I do hope I'm wrong!
