mlerulesNearly done w/MCLE. Must complete the rest (6.25 hours) by midnight. Will do it. Did it over the w'end, even as the freshly fallen snow beckoned, as the jacuzzi purred its welcome, as Oatmeal Cookies & Margueritas whispered "Drink Me!," as the fire flickered and flamed and warmed me. Did some of it sitting in the freezing car after finding a WiFi hotspot; took over a corner table in a restaurant for another chunk; completed more sitting on the couch by the fire, learning more 'bout the roles, duties & responsibilities of Corporate Counsel than I really need to know.
Today's the first day of school again. Hopefully it's the last first day of school for this project (e.g., getting the dang multiple subject (elem school) teaching credential). O'morrow I'm off to a taping of Dr Phil...have NO idea what I'm getting myself into. Life's getting busy again. Trying to keep it under control. Trying to keep the social obligations to a low roar. My focus will shift to schooling and teaching veddy soon. Still, I will have time for fun and other folks...I NEED it...and will take it...or at least search for it.
