So, my focus for the past several months - completing the coursework portion of required steps towards getting my Oregon Real Estate Broker's License so I can sell & buy houses for people for commission (under supervision of a licensed Principal Broker) - is nearly done. This evening's the final (7th) class and test. This (or next?) Saturday's the all-day (8/9-5) review and test prep for all subjects to help me get ready to take (and ideally pass) the OR & Nat'l exam(s) later this month or early in 2016. Please keep your fingers xd for me!
Meanwhile, I do want to update my photos. Must needs cull and organize then post albums to Flickr and also update my Best o' 2015 for in-home digipicframe viewing.
It's also (somehow!) now DECEMBER, and my material-side 'rents're coming up for x-mas. Lots to do...whee!

Along with Flickr sets (and albums on FB), I've got several digital photo frames up on the top shelf of the living room. It's really nice watching the pics flip over, triggering memories, facilitating conversations, bringing smiles. They're currently (from L to R): best of 2007-2012, best of 2013, best of 2014, best of 2015 (up 'til mid-Aug), and best of Faerieworlds 2008-2013. There's another one to go up that'll hold best of 2016 on an on-going basis.
