OTOH, weasel words like Church officials stressed the new ceremony, which includes prayers and an exchange of vows and rings, was not a same-sex marriage. don't impress me. In 20, or more likely 10 years, there are going to be a number of people in this and many other organizations embarassed that they didn't go further faster wrt same sex marriage.
