I suspect that part of your challenge is that you, like me, are not a fan of change. And this was a huge change that you didn't really have time to prepare for. I'm sorry that you're going through the pains of "Major Life Changes" but I know that once you gain time and healing and perspective, you will conquer all and be an even better you.
