How to Make Google Buzz Buzz Off!

EDIT: One person noted that if you use Google Reader for RSS in addition to Buzz, unfollowing people from Buzz as instructed here appears to unfollow them in Reader as well. I had to re-follow the folks in Reader that I have been following there.
