RIP: Michael Jackson

OBIT & HERE & all over the freakin' place...

Okay, they tend to come in threes, so who's next?

EDIT: Yes, you're so right - MJ = #3, w/Ed McMahon being #1: OBIT

He is the third. Ed McMahon was the first, Farah Fawcett was the second, and Michael Jackson was the third.

a little piece from here, and little piece from there, and, ya, a chunk from over that way too. I feel like my memories, and history, of what made me be me, are being whittled away. Guess I'll go feel flakey....over there in the corner.....___>

David Carradine.

That sucked.

Yes, David Carradine was the first. Michael was actually the 4th.

When I heard the news last night, it was a bit surreal... M and I had spent all day at Seattle's EMP. Mostly to see the Jim Henson exhibit (utterly kewl!!). During lunch, around 12:30, we sat in the cafe there, and while munching, watching videos.

One included the Jackson Five performing ABC. Of course, we noted between us what an adorable and talented performer he was, even so young at that time.

I wasn't really into his later music or the mystic, but with all the recent public losses, it seems time to reach out for a couple extra hugs with the loved ones here and now.
