Change In Plans
I don't have time to deal with huge long stupid airport security lines & checking & then having to pick up my measly carry-on luggage at baggage claim today and again o'morrow. So...I'm DRIVING to the Bay Area and back rather than flying. Leaving as soon as I've showered, dressed, and re-packed the liquids & gels (toothpaste, shampoo, lipstick) into my bag. Will get back o'morrow afternoon whenever w/a bit of time to rest before driving to Big Bear. Luckily I had the car all gone over yesterday so it's ready to go NOW. Okay, I'm done being aggro about this and have moved onto to being highly amused. Oh, yeah, best call my step-sis to let her know (a) I won't be able to have lunch w/her even if her 1pm meeting's cancelled and (b) I won't need to borrow her car for tonight. Wheeeeeeee & soon: zooooooooooom!
