1st Love Craft Fair at Lovecraft Bar

Tomorrow (Noon - 6pm on Sun, 27 March 2011): Lovecraft Bar's 1st Love Craft Fair.

So, sometimes synchronicity strikes like lightning. Yesterday, my fave hat finally left the planet for good while on mini-walkabout w/[livejournal.com profile] jaylake beneath the most amazing 'n' bright double-rainbow I've ever experienced. We retraced our steps all the way back to the Hive in search of it, but to no avail. *sigh*

You all know the hat, it's what decorates my noggin in my default LJ icon (and has kept me warm for the past several years, even since my previous hat disappeared in Ross(well) whilst shopping for flannel sheets). It's been adorned the past couple or so years w/the fab knit Cthulhu that [livejournal.com profile] delerium3 got for me at 2009?'s HPLovecraft Film Fest & CthulhuCon. I'd in turn adorned this cute Cthulhu w/the tiny Canadian maple leaf pin I got last Fall during my fab b-day Canadian Rockies grand adventure w/[livejournal.com profile] lightfoote. Many MANY times IT tried to escape - starting the very first evening I wore it - and now it's succeeded. *sigh* (Hmm, in retrospect, I think the rainbow was its signal that 'twas time to leave.)

Then, though, about 1/4 hour after returning home from a delightful time out 'n' about last night, I heard from [livejournal.com profile] ferociousbcycad about the Love Craft Fair at the Lovecraft Bar that's happening TOMORROW. Whee-yay! What better place to find a replacement knit Cthulhu?! And I'd already been planning to check out the Lovecraft Bar tomorrow (on [livejournal.com profile] jaylake's reco. And [livejournal.com profile] ebony_sphynx knitted me a fab hat for this past x-mas!

All will work out for the best, in this best of all possible worlds.
