Relatedly, my B-12 deficiency impacts energy levels and mood substantially. As there's no toxicity level for B-12, you may want to supplement sublingually in addition to good daily vities. I highly recommend the Rainbow Light brand for a daily multi, and Hi-Ener-G (or summat, not feeling like looking up the link right now) for the B-12.
