I've undergone The Procedure several times at a facility exclusively for such things. They give detailed instructions but they never said anything about "a strict low-fiber diet the past week". No solid food the day before, but nothing about low-fiber (though that makes sense). I was wondering if they are any more specific about that part? (Since I likely ate some high-fiber stuff during the week before mine, I'm curious.) Thanks!
