Health Coverage Saga, Continued
This AM's phone calls seemed quite productive, and required only a small fraction of waiting compared with previous multiple-hour hold times. This time I had more and better questions to ask re: the process(es). The people I spoke with sounded to know what they were talking about. Hopefully I've done all the right stuff now. I'll check back on-line in a week and see if everything's progressing well. Fingers crossed I don't end up w/any worrisome and/or troublesome gaps in coverage. Overall: cautiously optimistic.
