I would totally think it would end badly because of the patriarchal nature of the Quiverfulls. The man is the head of the household as Jesus is the head of the church, and the woman has been provided by God to serve and provide children for the man, as Eve was to Adam. Those are pretty strict and non-egalitarian gender roles to defy.
