So, in order to see whether I could help guide myself outta my floundering, I decided rather than (or perhaps precisely to) grab at straws, I'd pull a rune o' the day instead/as well. As I walked over to the bag, I said to myself, "it's probably gonna be Hagalaz, because it usually is, 'specially when I'm feeling like this." And lo and behold: Hagalaz is indeed what I pulled out after shaking the bag and swirling the contents around w/my hand then giving it another turn over and tumble before reaching in and grabbing one.
